Yellow Elder man charged with murder

The man who police believe is responsible for last month's stabbing death of Jermaine Black was yesterday charged with murder in a magistrate's court.
Laquinton Dean, 29, of Yellow Elder, was not required to enter a plea.
Police said Black, a carpenter, was stabbed multiple times during an altercation with another man on March 29.
Magistrate Subu Swain adjourned the matter to April 7.
The case has been transferred to court nine.
Dean was remanded to prison.
