Nassau, Bahamas - Visiting from California, Bahamian-American engineer, Aisha Bowe hosted a successful presentation at the Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture on Thursday evening, August 30th. Students attended, as well as parents, teachers, and even a defence force officer, who all showed up to learn more about Aisha's amazing path to becoming an award-winning researcher at NASA. 

Aisha shared her story of struggle and triumph, and recalled feeling like so many other young people who are still trying to figure out who they are. She recalled being advised by a guidance counsellor to pursue cosmetology...

On Friday 31st August 2012, sometime around 3:20am, Officers on mobile patrol from the Eight Mile Rock Division observed a male in a business establishment who was acting suspiciously, upon closer... Wanted persons in police custody - Police in Marsh Harbour Abaco are reporting that on Tuesday 28th August 2012, sometime around 4:05pm, Deon Paul who is wanted by police turned himself in at the Marsh Harbour Police Station.
