Patrice Roberts: A Bahamian forensic accountant
Mon, Jan 31st 2011, 10:00 PM
By JEFFARAH GIBSON
Tribune Features Writer
HER children always think twice before lying to her, fearing the way she pulls apart every single detail of any explanation or excuse they offer; and they swear that she often seems to anticipate their responses before they even start to speak.
The woman who inspires such feelings is Patrice Roberts, who says of herself that she has always had an extremely inquisitive nature.
Today, Ms Roberts has channeled her natural inquisitiveness into a booming career as a forensic accountant.
She recently earned the designation of a certified forensic accountant by the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute (ACFEI).
"I did have and inqui ...
