Move to Encourage Bahamians to Register to Vote Early

Acknowledging the problems associated with the 2007 general election and the February Elizabeth by-election, a group of Progressive Liberal Party members yesterday marched to the Parliamentary Registration Department on Farrington Road to encourage other Bahamians to register to vote early. PLP Deputy Leader Philip Brave Davis said it was the first in a series of efforts to promote early registration.
