With each passing criminal incident those in authority have stepped forward to state the need for the coming together of community and police in the fight against crime.
Whether that plan involves organizing a community crime watch program or having more police patrols, it appears as though everyone is excited initially to participate and work toward the common goal.
But somewhere down the line interest is lost.
This action by most is so common that for those who do not care, it can be looked at as utter nonsense when one considers how many people do not adhere to what they plan.
Why do people come together, have discussions and create a plan?Is it because most people have be touched in some way ...
