Cash flow management is critical for the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), warned a top accountant, who said that the inability to manage funds efficiently is seen as a major issue hindering the success of entrepreneurs.
Hubert Edwards said one of the downfalls of SME owners is that they are unable to stick to a budget and they eventually end up squandering money.
