There appears to be all kinds of questionable devices that are now being promoted and promising to reduce your fuel bill by improving your mileage, some even claim to completely eliminate the need to buy gasoline at all.
Perhaps the most prevalent of these scams, all over the USA and Europe and now in The Bahamas is the water car, a hydrogen generator system that is being touted as the power source for the water car.
Connect one of these"fuel cells"up to your car's electrical system, fill it with water and run a pipe to your car's air intake and you'll immediately see a 40 percent improvement in your gas mileage.
It sounds almost too good to be true, well it is.
