Graycliff Hotel & Restaurant, has opened
its 5-star kitchen once again to students who wish to partake in a special
3-week Graycliff Culinary Academy session. 

During
this three-week culinary series, aspiring chefs will get an insight into the culinary
secrets of Graycliff's five-star restaurant. The intimate and interactive
classes will be taught by Executive Chef Elijah Bowe and his team in the
Graycliff Restaurant Kitchen, for three Saturdays in September:
