NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Minister of Youth, Sports & Culture Mario Bowleg has defended the decision to postpone the Boxing Day Junkanoo Parade due to inclement weather.

He says that "science" was behind the decision and insisted that there was a "high chance of rain" yesterday.
