Colina Insurance Limited (Colina) held Customer Appreciation Day with employees rocking school uniforms and distributing giveaways to clients.

Throughout the day, clients were encouraged to complete client update forms and sign up for Colina’s portal. Back-to-school supplies were available for students.

“We appreciate our customers and want to ensure that they are empowered to do business 24/7, that is why getting them signed up for our portal is essential,” said DeAndrea Lewis, Vice President, Life Operations, Colina. “Many of the transactions that clients customarily visit the branch to transact are available via the portal to be accessed at their convenience.”

“For example, customers can submit and track health claims, review the date to which premiums are paid and view Explanation of Benefits, all on the portal.” said Lewis.

“It is also important for us to have their correct information on hand, so I am pleased to see so many individuals completing client update forms,” said Lewis.

“We are grateful to have such a high level of staff engagement for our Customer Appreciation Day,” said Maxine V. The Customer Appreciation Day took place at Colina locations across New Providence and Grand Bahama. Employees also donated school supplies, which were donated to students in need.
