BTC has announced cost saving measures to keep customers connected during the passage of Tropical Storm Nicole. The concessions begin at 7pm this evening and end at 7am on Thursday, November 10 th .
- All prepaid customers will receive 1GB of free data.
- All postpaid customers will receive unlimited data on all plans
CEO, Sameer Bhatti said, “We want to keep our customers connected to their families andloved ones during this time. For thirty-six hours, we’re providing data for both our prepaid andpostpaid customers. This will not only affect our residential customers, but our small, mediumand enterprise customers as well. We are grateful for our customers and their patronage, andwe ask them to stay safe as Tropical Storm Nicole passes.”
BTC’s offices in Grand Bahama, Abaco, Berry Island, Bimini, Andros, Eleuthera and NewProvidence will remain closed until the all clear is given. The contact center will remain open,and customers can CALL-BTC at 225-5282. BTC advises customers to monitor its social mediapages for updates.
