Road closure announced for Baillou Hill Road South

sm-Sheinque-Albury_2_.jpg Nassau, Bahamas - Beginning today a road closure is being implemented for the southbound lane on Baillou Hill Road South, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport has announced. Shenique Albury, environmental specialist attached to the New Providence Road Improvement and Infrastructure Project provided an update on traffic management of the project during a news briefing Wednesday, July 13. "The area directly behind Family Guardian on Baillou Hill Road South will be closed to vehicular traffic and two-way traffic will be allowed in the northbound lane," said Ms. Albury. "Southbound traffic will cross over the median to the northbound lane and there will be one lane of traffic in each direction."
