Paradise Plates - Hands for Hunger’s Annual Culinary Fundraiser Returns

Come experience edible artistry created by top chefs and beverage purveyors at one spectacular evening! Hands for Hunger’s Paradise Plates returns this fall on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. As one of Nassau’s most highly-anticipated charity events, its hosted in the Imperial Ballroom, Atlantis and expected to once again sell out with a crowd of over 1,500 foodies and supporters of good causes alike.

Hands For Hunger and its culinary partners take guests’ tastebuds on a tour of the rich and diverse culinary and mixology scene with delicious sample dishes and beverages while enjoying live entertainment, music and more, all to benefit hunger alleviation and food waste elimination.

As the organization recognizes eleven years of service in the community, Paradise Plates 2019 promises to be a festive event. “Over the last decade, we’ve seen tremendous growth in the event and the support from the public. We look forward to celebrating our work with the community while raising funds to support the year ahead. For that we are grateful,” said Paige Hanna, Multimedia Manager of Hands for Hunger.

Presented by TradeZero, Paradise Plates guests will enjoy a lavish culinary showcasing of gourmet food prepared by top local and international chefs, along with leading vintners, brewers and beverage purveyors who will create signature cocktails. The event will also feature an enhanced experience for Premium Access ticket holders for patrons who wish to make a greater impact on the organization. In addition to the all-inclusive aspect of the Guest Experience, Premium Access ticket holders will include exclusive early entry, a gift bag, specialty tastings, early networking opportunities and a more intimate interaction with culinary participants.

Paradise Plates tickets are now available and can be purchased online at www.handsforhunger.org or in person at the Hands For Hunger office in The New Providence Community Centre on Blake Road and at Bahamas Vision Centre in The Harbour Bay Shopping Plaza. Guest Experience tickets are $200. Premium Access tickets are $300. All proceeds from this event benefit Hands For Hunger.
