'I want to hear from BPL engineers'

Bahamas Christian Council (BCC) President Delton Fernander said he would like to meet with Bahamas Power and Light (BPL) engineers to hear the company’s plan to resolve the electricity issues that have plagued residents on New Providence over the last two months.

“It’s just sad that we hear politicians speaking,” he said.

“I would like to hear from the engineers, and I’m going on record as the Christian Council, we would like to sit and hear what’s your generation plan. Don’t give us pie in the sky type ‘we’ll do anything’.
