Bud Light brand launched their first summer Campaign "Bud Light Dive Bar Tour" featuring talented local and international artists, which sought to position one of the world’s largest beer brands as a centerpiece for bonding time among good buddies felling the music enjoying a Bud Light.

This past Saturday, the brand upped the ante with its first international performer and offered a VIP experience to a select few of its loyal customers through a partnership with local party promoters. Ahead of the mega-concert, which took over the National Stadium on New Providence, hundreds of Bud Light drinkers swarmed their favorite bars and liquor stores for the chance to win tickets to the event.

“Entering to win was easy,” explained Worrell. “Customers had to purchase a six-pack of Bud Light, fill out the information on the entry card and wait to see if their name was pulled.” During a live remote at Jimmy’s Wines and Spirits, 16 lucky names were drawn from hundreds of entries giving the winners the chance to experience the concert in style, with a prize package that included transportation on the Bud Light party bus, and of course all the Bud Light they could drink.

Headlining the evening’s event was world-famous Atlanta rapper and Internet sensation, Lil Boosie, who traveled to Nassau to thrill a strong Bahamian audience. His high energy performance included medleys of his smash hits including ‘Wipe Me Down’ and ‘Bonus’. Also taking the stage Saturday night was rap newcomer, Yung Bleu, best known for his single ‘Survival’.

The Bud Light sponsored event also helped turn the spotlight on local Bahamian artists Twin-Dem who also wowed the crowds, performing original music from their own upcoming projects. “We’ve officially dubbed Summer 2019 as the summer of Bud Light,” said Manuel Bartolo, Bud Light Sales & Marketing Manager. “Fans of our beer can expect even more great Bud Light promotions and giveaways.

On July 21st, the brand will team up with Alpha Sounds to host the ‘Summer Snack Cooler Splash’ fete at the Breezes Hotel featuring a performance by Trinidad-born artist Nessa Preppy. Then, on August 10 at the Hard Rock Cafe, the dive-bar tour will be on the road again with ‘Willis and the Illest’ one of Nassau’s most popular reggae bands all courtesy of Bud Light’s ongoing partnership with The Bahamian Brewery and Beverage Company.

“As the official distributors of Bud Light in The Bahamas, the Bahamian Brewery and Beverage Co. Ltd is pleased to partner with the company’s great campaign of memorable moments with friends,” said Executive Marketing Manager at the Brewery, Wellington Seymour. “Our patrons are enjoying the diverse talents that BudLight company is bringing to the island, as well as Bahamian rising stars. We invite everyone to join us at these events and of course we encourage them to bring a friend or two.”
