Finding the right exercise fit is almost like finding that perfect shoe. For 36-year-old Llonella Gilbert, finding an exercise routine that suited her busy lifestyle and interests was a serious challenge. The businesswoman who had begun to struggle with her weight as she got older says she tried the conventional gym routine, doing cardio exercises, walking and even yoga to keep her body active but nothing seemed to keep her interested for long. On the suggestion of a friend she attended her first Pilates class at Namaste Wellness Center four years ago and it was life-changing for her. She’d finally found her niche.
