Balance for Better is the theme of International Women’s Day 2019, and CBC’s diverse leadership team is a balanced mix of skills, talent and expertise that includes many Bahamian women. CBC’s Branding, Customer Service, Production, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Quality Control and Human Resources departments are all led by talented and experienced female managers.
