Surveillance videos studied in Branville McCartney

POLICE are watching surveillance videos taken from Bamboo Town MP Branville McCartney to aid them in their investigation of threats of violence made against him last week.

Officer-in-charge of the Central Detective Unit Superintendent Leon Bethel also said that while the police are following good leads he could not say if the threats made against the Independent MP were politically motivated.

"We have no one in custody, we have no information at this time what the motive might be. We don't have any information that it's politically motivated - we just don't know right now.
