Get Well Bahamas Participants Reap Benefits of Exercise

The National Insurance Board's Get Well Bahamas
Challenge has introduced participants to a number of exercise forms from
walking and weight training to resistance exercises, Pilates movements, dancing
and even Cardio Thai Boxing. As a result
challengers have experienced improved health while gaining more energy and
vitality for everyday activities.

The Get Well Bahamas Challenge ensured that each
participant received one hour of one-on-one personalized fitness training three
times per week from fitness instructors at Body Zone gym in east Nassau and
Jemi Health and Wellness...
