Whether you call it Gehenna, the lake of fire, the pit, Hades, the great abyss, Pandemonium, Sheol, the place being referred to is still Hell. Giving a name to the place that God has promised to send the unbeliever to is not the greatest concern of most Christians. The real question that baffles most believers is “What is Hell??And where is it?” Is it a place of fire and brimstone, devils with pitchforks, circles of torment, a place where emptiness greets you for an eternity? Or maybe it doesn’t exist at all.
