Bahamian participants in Session 57: “Strengthening our Resolve to Respond to Trans-National Crimes” -- a three-week specialized training course on Human Trafficking -- paid a courtesy call on Minister of National Security, the Hon. Marvin H. Dames on Thursday, March 29, 2018, at his offices, where they presented him with a commemorative plaque from Session 57.

The specialized course centered on building a national response model for combating trafficking in persons. It was sponsored by the U.S. Embassy’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Section.

Ten participants from a number of government agencies attended the conference held in Roswell, New Mexico.
