What have we come to in the FNM? Tennyson Wells, who resigned from the party, who voted and campaigned against the FNM, and who is now close to the PLP, seems to be pulling the strings as the puppet master of Dr. Hubert Minnis and the FNM.

I believe that Wells means the FNM no good. In fact, I think he hasn't meant the FNM any good for a long time. But somehow, there was the self-satisfied Wells boasting about how he got members of parliament Dr. Andre Rollins and Renward Wells into the FNM.

Obviously, Wells must have some control or influence over these two men, which means he now has plenty control over FNM business, especially since Minnis has to presumably pay Wells back for getting the two MPs into the FNM. From here on out, what is to stop Wells from continuing to pull on Minnis' strings?

The FNM is now being heavily influenced by two former PLP MPs, who have had plenty of awful things to say about the party, as well as Tennyson Wells, who has showed contempt for the FNM for years. But in the end, I don't blame Tennyson Wells, Renward Wells or Rollins. I blame Minnis for giving over so much influence and control by outsiders even as he is ignoring lifetime FNMs and treating some of his fellow FNM MPs like enemies.
