Freeport, Grand Bahama - On Friday 19th April 2013 around 11:00pm, Officers while on special duty patrol in the Hearn Lane area where they observed a male acting suspicious. The officers observed him threw a clear plastic package to the ground which they retrieve and upon examination they discovered it contained (25) twenty five silver foil wrap and a clear plastic bag containing grassy like substance believed to be marijuana.
