Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham yesterday indicated that Baha Mar was expected to resolve its outstanding $200 million loan issue with the Scotiabank-led syndicate over the next two weeks, postponing debate over the Chinese work permits' resolution until September 22-23, as he revealed that 71 per cent of the construction workforce for the $2.6 billion redevelopment would be foreign.
