ENDING Freeport's real property tax exemption will "reinvigorate" the city's real estate market, the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce's president has been told, as the annual $2,000-$10,000 'carrying costs' will prevent Bahamians and foreigners alike from "sitting on" land.

An anonymous September 22, 2011, letter to K.
