The next scheduled free distemper vaccination clinics will be hosted by the Veterinary Medical Association of the Bahamas and the Ministry of Agriculture. There will be three (3) clinics held this Sunday, August 31st, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The three locations are:

1 - Kemp Road - Uriah McPhee School

2 - Bernard Road - L.W. Young School

3 - BEC - Blue Hill Road at Tucker.

We would like to be able to help out the VMAB by having some of our BHS/OP volunteers assist with these clinics. The main need is for people to do registration, help with keeping people in sequence, and helping to get people to the vet when their number is called.

I can offer some tips on what has worked at our BHS clinics along with a scan of the registration sheet that we used (and a thank you to those of you who have already helped with our clinics!).
