Marina Owner at Fault, says Port Controller

More light has been shed on the $31,000 dispute between Flying Fish Marina and the Port Department, as the Port Controller Patrick McNeil is claiming the marina owner was not up to speed with his financial obligations to the department. Patrick McNeil told Guardian Business that Flying Fish Marina owner Mario Cartwright was responsible for knowing about the payment procedures to the Port Department, and he was billed accordingly, relative to when he submitted his information to the department.
