Event organizers ( Kedar In Style & Stylezine Magazine) of Fash|Art are excited to release the official portrait of the "2013 Cast" of emerging fashion designers and visual artist, photographed by celebrated Bahamian photographer Scharad Lightbourne. The event is scheduled for November 1 & 2, at Jacaranda House (a private estate opposite the main post office on East Hill Street). Ticket go on sale Oct 28th, 2013 and will be $25 for Night 1 and $35/$75 (VIP Seating) for Night 2.

This year's cast of 13 diverse and entrepreneur-focused artisans were selected from Abaco, Grand Bahama and New Providence. Participants vying for the "Harl Taylor Emerging Fashion Designer" award includes; Kristen Cartwright, Rebecca Johnson, Dandria Bethel, Richie Shepherd (not pictured), Alisa Watson and Olivia Russell. The participants vying for the "Jackson Burnside Emerging Visual Artist" award include; Eulys Smith, Shawn Hanna, Lauren Glinton (not pictured), Zyandric Jones, Katherine Rolle (not pictured), Dominique Delancey and John Damas.

"This year's event is all about a 'Gatsby-style' celebration; 1 opulent venue, 2 extravagant party nights and 13 talented, rising stars!", says event creator/co-producer, Kedar Clarke. He goes on to explain; "We are hosting the two-night event at the infamous Jacaranda House, which will feature an art exhibit, popup fashion boutiques, a silent auction, open bars by Absolut Vodka, a fashion installation, runway shows over the pool top , live entertainment from the country's #1 band, DJ's and all-night after parties!"
