Happy We-Will Wednesday!

As the youth arm of the governing party it is imperative that the Progressive Young Liberals focus on what we can and what we will do to move forward in service to the Bahamian people especially the future leaders of our nation. Young Liberals are definitely on the move and we encourage you to get involved.

PYL On Crime On April 22nd, 2013 the Progressive Young Liberals Executive Officers met with the Minister of National Security, the Hon. Bernard Nottage, Minister of State the Hon. Keith Bell and Deputy Permanent Secretary Mrs. Rigby. The executive officers were given the opportunity to discuss the current state of crime in The Bahamas, more specifically our ideas to prevent crime among the youth. The Young Liberals representatives also shared with the Minister suggestions collected via popular social media page Facebook. PYL looks forward to further opportunities to assist the ministers in discussing crime prevention initiatives and with the Bahamian public.

Small Business Symposium! The Hon. Ryan Pinder, MP Elizabeth presents a Small Business Symposium that consists of four (4) workshops May 4th, May 11th, May 18th and May 25th 9am-12noon. These workshops facilitated by consultant Mark Turnquest's objective is to provide entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs with resources to operate successful businesses in The Bahamas. The Young Liberals encourage all individuals of Elizabeth to register as soon as possible as space is limited.

Victory Church Service Our Victory Thanksgiving Service will be held, Sunday May 5th 2013 at 10am, Faith United Baptist Church, Faith Way and Blue Hill Road. Please make a special effort to attend as the Progressive Liberal Party gives God thanks for our 2012 victory.
