WIDESPREAD GRIEF AS CRASH VICTIMS ARE TRANSPORTED TO MORGUE

Family members of the dead prayed in the hospital's chapel late yesterday afternoon as a convoy of hearses entered the compound of the Princess Margaret Hospital(PMH)carrying the bodies of the eight men who lost their lives when a twin engine Cessna aircraft en route to San Salvador from Lynden Pindling International Airport plunged into Lake Killarney.
There were no survivors.
Police officials and Royal Bahamas Defence Force personnel were a part of the team that escorted the victims'remains to the morgue where their family members will go to identify them this morning.
