Nassau, Bahamas -- Cable Bahamas Ltd. and HBO Latin America teamed up this week to create an innovative new TV show designed to promote the launch of the third season of the popular HBO original series, Game of Thrones. The show represents the first time that the companies have collaborated on a production of this kind, and the first time that HBO has co-created a production in The Bahamas.

The 30-minute programme brings together well-known Bahamian actors Dana Ferguson and Matthew Wildgoose, who have previously appeared together as 'Paul' and 'Kelly' in Cable Bahamas' TV commercials promoting their HD service.  

In addition to serving as a lead-in to the new season of Game of Thrones, the special also promotes the free HBO preview weekend taking place March 29 until April 1, a limited time offer of a free month of HBO for those who sign up, and to spread the word about HBO's video on demand service. The programme was produced in The Bahamas and features clips from past seasons, as well as sneak peeks from the upcoming season of Game of Thrones.
