Rum  Cay, Bahamas - Residents of Rum Cay gathered on Milo Butler Park over the weekend to celebrate Rum Cay Day 2013. The event included guests on the island who were welcomed to the area by Deputy Prime Minister Philip Brave Davis, M.P. for the island.

The day was filled with family fun, food, live cultural entertainment and island drinks. Members of the community also joined in several sport races, where prizes were awarded.Locals from surrounding islands joined also in the celebrations.
