Nassau, Bahamas - Enclosed is a presentation by Ryan Pinder at the Continuing Professional Education Seminar for the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants on recent international and domestic international tax compliance laws.  He presented an overview of the international tax compliance legislation and the newly passed Bahamian legislation.  He described the tax planning benefits as a result of the recent Tax Information Exchange Agreement signed with Canada.
