Sixty two year old, Billy Nottage will take over the Immigration Department on Monday.
Mr. Jack Thompson has been laterally transferred.
A career public officer, Mr. Nottage served in the Department of Immigration for forty-one years, having joined the civil service shortly after graduating from Aquinas College in Nassau.
He is a member of Modern Free and Accepted Masons of the World Inc, having served as the Grand Master of Masons for The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and formally served as the Deputy Supreme Grand Master, the number two position for our organization in the international arena. He holds the rank of Sovereign Grand Inspector General and serves as the Secretary-General of the Imperial Supreme Council of the Thirty-Third Degree.

Billy's PLP nomination for St Anne's was withdrawn for good reasons. He is unsuitable to head such an important Department.
We need cops like ACP Steven Seymour
It is not often that we differ with the FNM, but the party is wrong to criticize the appointment of ACP Steven Seymour.
Commissioner Greenslade, B.J. Nottage and Prime Minister Perry Christie are to be supported in their decision to promote Seymour.
ACP Seymour comes from the great tradition in the Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) of the late Basil Dean and Douglas Hanna.
The RBPF lost control of the streets when Atlantis recruited the best and the brightest from the force.
The RBPF is now headed in the right direction
The criminals fear cops like Seymour.
We wish him every success in the fight against crime.

FNM Undercover have obtained a copy of a suit against Gregory Moss, MP and Chairman of National Insurance. Three of his former business associates are suing him for $500,000.00 over several sour deals. We attach the suit for you to read.
In addition to this suit, a local commercial bank is also commencing a legal action against Mr. Moss for millions of dollars.
PM Perry Christie is scheduled to meet with Moss on Monday to tell him that he has been relieved of his post at N. I. B.
Christie is angry with Moss because he approved the outrageous purchase of Tiger and Mark's building on Independence Drive.
The purchase price is $5,000,000.00
The PM is also upset with Moss because he leaked a confidential report to Wendell Jones and has caused a major problem with one of the largest and influential PLP families: The Cargills.

Former Minister of Education and Attorney General, Carl Bethel is tipped to be the new FNM Senator replacing Zhivargo Laing, who resigned for personal reasons..
Dr. Hubert Minnis plans to reward Carl Bethel for his loyalty and hard work.
He has also appointed Mr. Bethel as his Senior Advisor and he attends all meetings with Dr. Minnis including FNM Parliamentary meetings.
In addition to appointing Mr. Bethel to the Constitutional Commission, the FNM leader also wants Mr. Bethel as his deputy leader.
Other names being considered are Darron Cash, Chairman and former Candidate for Carmichael; Michael Foulkes, Secretary General, Mr. Bethel's brother-in-law; John Bostwick, former FNM Candidate for Bain and Grants Town and son of the first lady of Parliament, Janet Bostwick; and Charlene or Charles Sealy, both Dr. Minnis’ appointments to the Executive Committee of the FNM.

Losers Dr. Hubert Minnis was unprepared and inarticulate. Neko Grant communicated poorly. Richard lightbourne was prepared but made some ill advised statements.

A newly elected FNM senior party officer has become the new hatchet man for his master, replacing the senior advisor: all for a $75,000.00 annual salary.
The officer, who is ashamed of his roots and attempts to hide his antecedents, agreed to take on the FNM Senior position after Brent Symonette promised to guarantee his salary.
In a private meeting, the officer pledged his support to the ex-leader of his party in exchange for the handsome salary.
There is now a movement among some of the white nights and other loyalists to bring their ex leader back.
They do not think they can win the next general election with the current leader. He is making too many rookie mistakes.
They also believe the current leader has leaked information from a private meeting.
The current leader has told his kitchen cabinet how he cussed out two members of the Finance Committee in a meeting at their H.Q. the day before Hurricane Sandy passed Nassau.
He told them that he was broke and that he could only raise money by putting his assets up to the bank. He also told them that he would reconcile all internal divisions in the party by the end of October. One of the White Nights told him that unless he can settle the party down he would not get any support from the Finance Committee.
The current leader also told them that the ex-leader caused them to lose support among the youth, women and the common man. He opined that because of the ex-leader the base of the FNM, the upper middle and upper classes, are being threatened. He said that the FNM must begin to appeal to the masses.
