Nassau, The Bahamas -- Chairman of the Antiquities Monuments and Museums Corporation (AMMC) Courtney Strachan has announced plans to reopen Fort Montagu on Saturday, December 1st.

He said the fort has been landscaped, that there are temporary bathrooms, signage is in place and there is security to ensure the safety of visitors to the fort.
