Truckers fear MSC move will putfinal nail in coffinof businesses

Truckers in Grand Bahama are protesting what they claim will be the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars in investment if the Mediterranean Shipping Company(MSC)goes ahead with a plan to control movement in and out of the Port area.
Set to launch today on that island, the deal has spurred around a dozen of independent truckers to band together in hopes of reverting the proposal they say could see them lose up to$1,200 a week or around 30 percent of their weekly income. They are now considering judicial intervention to solve the problem they claim can"restrict trade".
