Dear Editor,

First I should start by saying, we Bahamians love to have good service rendered to us from any business establishment, especially when it comes to our restaurants, hospitals, doctors offices and government establishments. When we receive bad service, we talk about it. So when there's good service rendered, let us talk about that too. I want to let all Bahamians now of the excellent service that's given at the Sandilands Dental Dept. at Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre (SRC) by Doctor Nordia Bedward.

I have experienced on numerous occasions from Dr. Bedward excellent service - and each visit was always the same. Also, while waiting in the sitting area, you hear of this Dr. Bedward, who is always giving such good service to all patients. Dr. Bedward is such a wonderful individual, with much patience and very gentle.

She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease while in her chair and she's like this to women, men and children alike. When one leaves her dental chair it's with much satisfaction, and she knows her dental work. She knows what she's doing; she informs you each time what is the next procedure she'll be doing; and if there is any pain or discomfort, she asks you to let her know.

Dr. Bedward, if you should read this letter, I want to let you know on behalf of all your patients thank you, job well done and may God continue to bless you and your family. We the Bahamian people need people like you giving your best in service to the people of this Bahamas. - One of Dr. Bedward's patients
