DNA-Deputy-leader2012.jpg After a series of news reports, which put the New Providence Road Improvement Project (NPRIP) new completion date at early 2013, the Democratic National Alliance (DNA) Deputy Leader, Chris Mortimer is seeking to meet with Minister of Works and Urban Development, Philip 'Brave' Davis, to discuss the current state of the project.

In this effort, Mr. Mortimer delivered a personal request to Minister Davis this week. After listening to years of duplicitous double-talk on the NPRIP, Mr. Mortimer says that this project, which still plagues motorists and everyday citizens with confusing detours, is an economic pothole that has drastically affected local small businesses--causing some to close their doors indefinitely.
