On Tuesday 4th September, 2012 around 9:35pm, police received information of an apparent industrial accident.Information is that an employee of Cemex Bahamas while operating a tractor, had fallen into some sixty feet of water and had not resurfaced.

Police Officers and EMS Personnel responded and the body of the victim was recovered.The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS Personnel. Police are investigating this matter.
