A team of six amateur boxers has been selected to represent The Bahamas at a friendly boxing tournament in the Cayman Islands this Saturday.
National Head Coach Andre Seymour said that it is a part of their ongoing initiative to build the junior national program and have more boxers qualify for major regional tournaments. Presently, there are only two senior boxers representing the country at major international tournaments.
