Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 138 (6) of the International Business Companies Act, 2000, the Dissolution of Lillgard Shipping Ltd., has been completed, a Certificate of Dissolution has been issued and the Company has therefore been struck off the Register.  The date of completion of the dissolution was April 19, 2012.
