Numerous reports have been flooding in to the FNM Headquarters and FNM constituency offices regarding the erratic or lack of garbage collection over the past four (4) weeks

We are appealing to The PLP Government and the Minister of Environmental Health to please address this issue as it poses a serious health risk to residents.

We have investigated and there is garbage piled up in communities all over Nassau, from central areas off Wulff Road all the way out to Westridge and surrounding areas.

In spite of numerous attempts to get assistance from The Department of Environmental Health over the past few weeks, the garbage in these areas remain uncollected.

We are appealing to the PLP government and the Department of Environmental Health, to see that the garbage is collected immediately and to give details of the situation to the public so that residents can be given an explanation for this lack of performance on their part.
