Ingraham should Apologize to Lady Pindling

The election campaign
of 2012 has hit another low. At a Free National Movement (FNM) rally
last week, Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham said he was the "chosen one"
to lead the Bahamas. He was referring to a quote by the late Sir Lynden
Oscar Pindling, who said at the time that Ingraham was his most notable
protégé.

Lady Marguerite Pindling responded in turn to Ingraham's
assertion at a Progressive Liberal Party rally days later. She was very
eloquent in her response in saying that Mr. Ingraham should not brag
about Sir Lynden's statement, because Ingraham had taken this out of
context. She also said Mr. Ingraham treated Sir Lynden like a step child
especially after the 1997 general elections...
