PLP hits out at govt after administrator is attacked

THE PLP has criticised the "inept" FNM government for allowing crime to spiral out of control after Friday's brazen attack on the Acklins island administrator.
With a murder toll of 65 so far this year and several serious crime cases pending, the PLP maintains the government is sending the wrong message to criminals by failing to act.
The party maintains there is no excuse for not yet trying those charged with breaking into the Supreme and Magistrates Courts, the Passport Office and a raid on FirstCaribbean Bank in Sandyport on July 28, and lamented the fact that the police have not yet charged suspects in connection with the shooting of a police officer's home ea ...
