Police are requesting the public's assistance in locating 21 year old TERRANCE HUTCHINSON aka "TJ/CRAB", of WASHINGTON STREET.

Hutchinson is described as having brown complexion, slim build and stands at 5'11"

Police want to question this male in connection with a Murder which occurred during the early part of April, 2012.
