According to an
article in the South Florida Business News linked from Gulfstream's
website, Gulfstream International Group said Sah-Vul Strategic Partners
committed to invest $2.5 million into their airlines. "The investor will make an initial
$1.5 million in exchange for a secured convertible note with an option
for another $1 million."

Scott R. Silverman, Sah-Vul managing partner will become vice chairman of
Gulfstream's board of directors when the investment is complete. Gulfstream International Airlines currently flies to 10 destinations in The Bahamas...
