Freeport, Bahamas - Presentation of the Most Courteous Driver Of The Quarter Award for December
2011 took place at the Rotary Club of Lucaya weekly luncheon meeting on January 31st, 2012, at the Ruby Swiss Restaurant.

 

At about 1:30pm on Thursday 15th December 2011, a female resident of
Mather Town was driving her car west along Midshipman Road in the
Fortune Bay area, accompanied a small child, when she saw smoke
emanating from the hood of her vehicle, which suddenly stalled, leaving
them stranded at the side of the road.

Many motorists drove past the distressed driver without stopping...
