CALL TO VOTERS IN GRAND BAHAMA

FREEPORT - As the FNM party officially introduced its five standard-bearers on Grand Bahama, Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham told FNMs here that it is time to register to vote.

A large number of supporters packed the convention centre at the Grand Lucaya Resort in Lucaya on Sunday to hear from the leader of the party and the five candidates.

Taking to the stage first was newcomer businessman Peter Turnquest, the candidate for East Grand Bahama.

Next was newcomer ZNS journalist Pakeshia Edgecombe, the candidate for West Grand Bahama. She was followed by Educator Norris Bain, the candidate for Marco City.
