Former Deputy Prime Minister the Hon. Frank H. Watson was on Friday, August 13, sworn in as the Deputy to the Governor General at Government House by Chief Justice Sir Michael Barnett. Mr. Watson will fill in for Governor General Sir Arthur Foulkes, who is out of the country until Tuesday, August 17
