LABOUR issues at the Department of Environmental Health Service are being blamed for the continuing discord over waste collection in Nassau, it was revealed yesterday.
In response to concerns published in The Tribune last week, Environment Minister Earl Deveaux attributed the problems experienced to "supply chain management, scheduling, worker productivity, fleet management, increased volume of garbage, and concerns related to privatisation of the management of the solid waste site and possible privatisation of residential collection."
